We are fortunate to have a semi‑trailer that is essential for every marching competition and contest season. It transports uniforms, equipment, and many large pieces of gear our students need to perform across the state. Over the past couple of years, our booster club has coordinated and completed significant repairs (including all new tires) and the trailer is road‑worthy for travel. However, the interior has become increasingly unsafe for our students and now requires repairs that are beyond what we can manage on our own.

For several years, our incredible band parents and boosters have done everything possible to keep the trailer functioning. They have invested countless hours making repairs, finding solutions, and stretching every resource available. Unfortunately, the trailer’s needs have grown beyond what we can safely or financially handle without help.

One of our biggest concerns is the loading ramp. A few years ago, the ramp malfunctioned and had to be cut off quickly. We still have the original ramp, but due to its weight, size, and the extent of repairs needed, replacing it with a new, lighter, and safer version is the more practical and cost‑effective solution.

Inside the trailer, heavy metal components have come loose. Although they were temporarily secured, they must be professionally removed to ensure safety. The interior and door lighting (critical when students load equipment after competitions that often last 18 hours and run late into the night) also urgently need rewiring and replacement.
